Resumen
En el marco conversacional del día a día, son recurrentes las discusiones y argumentaciones. Llevar esto a un aula mediante el debate supondría un proyecto abierto a la creatividad del alumnado al que se le propone y se le permite un pensamiento heterogéneo; todo ello en un marco que admite la diversidad del
grupo clase. A través de los turnos de palabra establecidos, la estructura cerrada de argumentos y contraargumentos y los temas controversiales de interés actual, se pretende favorecer el desarrollo del discente de cara a la vida adulta. Así, no solo el pensamiento crítico y la capacidad de análisis se ven fortalecidas, sino que mejora la capacidad de relacionarse con uno mismo.
In the everyday conversational framework, discussions and arguments are recurring. Bringing that to the classroom using the debate would entail a project receptive to the student body’s creativity, to whom is suggested and allowed an heterogeneus thinking. Through the established rights to speak, the arguments and counterarguments’ sharp structure and the controversial topics of current interest, it is intended to Benefit the students body’s development as regards adulthood. As a consequence, not just critical thought and analysis ability are strenghtened, but it also improves the ability to connect with oneself.
