Abstract

[ES]Con el inicio de la carrera espacial surge la necesidad de regular este nuevo ámbito, se crea en poco tiempo el denominado Corpus Iuris Spatialis. Cobra especial relevancia la ONU como promotora en la creación del Derecho Ultraterrestre. Trata también de las Agencias Espaciales Nacionales y su regulación, además en último término trata brevemente sobre la situación jurídica e institucional de nuestro país en este campo.

[EN]In a short period of time, a large regulation called Corpus Iuris Spatialis has been created and some international deals developed from it. The role of the U.N as an institution that promotes the development of the outer space law has become essential. This project is also about the role of the National Space Agencies and their regulation. Finally a brief study of the legal and institutional situation of our country.
