LA I+D+i EN ESPAÑA Y EN ANDALUCÍA

Abstract

[ES] Investigación, desarrollo e innovación, más conocido popularmente como I + D + I, hace referencia a un reciente concepto adecuado a los estudios vinculados con el desarrollo tecnológico e investigativo. El desarrollo es un concepto originario del sector económico, mientras que la innovación e investigación han surgido de la ciencia y la tecnología respectivamente. De la misma forma que el de desarrollo es un término derivado del mundo de la economía, los de investigación e innovación lo hacen respectivamente del mundo de la ciencia y la tecnología, y su variable relación se encuentra dentro del contexto de la di ferencia entre ciencias puras y aplicadas. Dada esta particularidad, se entiende la investigación como la acción de invertir capital con el objetivo de obtener conocimiento, y la innovación como la acción de invertir conocimiento para obtener dicho capital.

[EN] Research, development and innovation, form a concept popularly known as R+D+i. This refers to a recent right concept to studies related to technological development and research. Development is a native to concept of the economic sector, while innovation and research have emerged of science and technology respectively. In the same way that the development is a term derived from the world of economics, research and innovation do respectively the world of science and technology, and their relation variable within the context of the difference between pure sciences and applied. Given this particularity, research is understood as the action of investing capital with the aim of obtaining knowledge and innovation as the action of investing knowledge to obtain such capital. In this regard the return of certain investments in research those once they become innovation translate into benefits for the investment part, so the countries are being the main channels of both investment and impact on growth follows.
