ABORDAJE ENFERMERO EN MORDEDURAS: REVISIÓN NARRATIVA

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo general de esta revisión bibliográfica narrativa es obtener información para el conocimiento del manejo apropiado de las lesiones por mordedura, concretamente las referidas a perro, gato o humano. Se aborda concretamente la prevención, profilaxis, limpieza de la herida, la relación de sutura o cierre secundario y el resultado de aspecto estético final con el riesgo de infección. Para ello, hemos realizado la búsqueda en las bases de datos Pubmed, Cochrane Plus, ENFISPO, Cuiden Plus, LILACS, SciELO, EBSCO (MEDLINE y CINAHL complete), seleccionando finalmente 27 referencias bibliográficas. Como resultados se exponen los puntos clave para el abordaje en heridas por mordedura, posteriormente se da una visión crítica y basada en la evidencia a cerca de ellos. Subrayamos finalmente la necesidad de la conveniente valoración de las características de la herida por mordedura para el mejor tratamiento y resultado, ante el desconocimiento general de los profesionales consideramos también necesarios estudios con evidencia científica relativos al manejo de las mordeduras.

[EN] The general objetive of this narrative bibliography review is obtained information which helps us to get the knowledge a suitable use of the bite injuries, in particular the referred to dogs, cats and human. We deal with specifically prevention, prophylaxis, cleaning of the wound, stitch or secondary wound closure and the final aesthetic appearance result with the risk of infection. For that purpose, we have done a research in the database Pubmed, Cochrane Plus, ENFISPO, Cuiden Plus, LILACS, SciELO, EBSCO (MEDLINE and CINAHL complete), being selected 27 bibliography references finally. As a result we have shown the most important treated points about bite wound, afterwards we give a critical visión, it is based in the evidence about them. In conclusion, we underline the necessity of the convenient valuation of the bite wounds characteristics for the best treatment and result, before the general unknowledge of the professionals whe also considered to require studies with scientist evidence related to the bitten management.
