Resumen
[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo fue conocer cómo se establece la relación médico-enfermera dentro del campo quirúrgico, con el fin de valorar si la relación tradicional basada en la jerarquía, patriarcado y desigualdades de género, ha cambiado y evolucionado en la actualidad, identificando los factores que influyen de manera negativa en esta relación. Se realizó un estudio cualitativo mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas a 10 profesionales de la enfermería y observación participante del quirófano de Cirugía Mayor Ambulatoria (CMA) del Hospital Neurotramatológico de la ciudad de Jaén. Este estudio señala que, factores como la comunicación verbal y no verbal entre ambos equipos, el estrés y la jerarquía, influyen a la hora de establecer comunicación, pudiendo esto repercutir e influir en el paciente.
[EN] The objective of this study was to know how the doctor-nurse relationship within the srgical field, in order to assess if the traditional relationship based on hierarchy, patriarchy and gender inequalities has changed and evolved today, identifying the factors that negatively influence this relationship. A qualitative study was conduced through semi-structured interviews with 10 nurses and participant observation of the CMA operating room of the Nerotraumatology Hospital of Jaén. This study indicate that factors such as verbal and non-verbal communication between the two tearns, stress and hierarchy, influence the establishment of communication, which can affect and influence the patient.
