ACOSO LABORAL POR RAZÓN DE SEXO

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objeto el estudio de observar si existe un acoso laboral y un acoso sexual por razón de sexo en nuestra sociedad, para ello veremos la evolución que ha tenido la mujer en el mundo laboral y las discriminaciones que pueden existir entre sexos al igual que otras diferencias y brechas que puedan existir. Definiremos en primer lugar qué es el acoso laboral y los diferentes tipos que se pueden dar para posteriormente llevar un análisis de sus consecuencias jurídicas y estudiar distintas sentencias las cuales reconoces este acoso por razón de sexo. Se ha analizado la normativa en España tanto a nivel estatal, europeo e internacional que ampara a la mujer y que se basan en conseguir una igualdad y una no discriminación por el hecho de ser mujer.

The purpose of this work is to study whether there is workplace harassment and sexual harassment due to sex in our society, for this we will see the evolution that women have had in the world of work and the discrimination that may exist between sexes as well than other differences and gaps that may exist. We will first define what workplace harassment is and the different types that can occur in order to subsequently carry out an analysis of its legal consequences and study different sentences which recognize this harassment on the basis of sex. The regulations in Spain have been analyzed both at the state, European and international level that protect women and that are based on achieving equality and non-discrimination due to the fact of being a woman.
