Resumen
En el presente trabajo fin de grado se expone el desarrollo de una propuesta didáctica centrada en la educación emocional, dirigida al alumnado de 5 años de Educación Infantil. Con ella, se pretende reflexionar sobre la gran importancia que ésta tiene en las primeras edades, ya que es en esta etapa, donde comienza a forjarse la base de todo el aprendizaje posterior. Se comenzará revidando algunos de los modelos teóricos sobre las emociones, así como las características y beneficios de estás. A continuación, se contextualiza la propuesta concretando el entorno y el alumnado. Por consiguiente, se plantea una propuesta didáctica a partir del cuento ?el monstruo de colores?, éste será el encargado de guiar todo el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje mediante una secuencia de actividades. Al finalizar la propuesta, se espera que el alumnado haya adquirido las herramientas y recursos necesarios para la autogestión emocional.
In this thesis, the development of a didactic proposal focused on emotional education, aimed at 5-year-old students in Early Childhood Education, is exposed. With it, he tries to reflect on the great importance that it has in the early ages, since it is at this stage, where the basis of all subsequent learning begins to be forged. It will begin to revive some of the theoretical models on emotions, as well as the characteristics and benefits of these.
