DISEÑO INTEGRAL DE UNA CANTERA PARA EL ABASTECIMIENTO DE ÁRIDOS. TÉRMINO MUNICIPAL DE QUESADA.

Abstract

[ES] Este TFG tiene como objetivo el desarrollo del diseño integral de una cantera de áridos para la construcción y la obra civil en el término municipal de Quesada. En él se incluyen capítulos referentes tanto al diseño de la propia explotación como de la maquinaria empleada para la carga y transporte del material. Se proyecta el arranque por perforación y voladura, el sistema de perforación elegido y la maquinaria utilizada. También se describe la planta de tratamiento de los áridos obtenidos y la maquinaria utilizada en la trituración y clasificación.

[EN] This TFG aims at the development of integrated design of a gravel quarry for construction and civil works in the municipality of Quesada. In his chapters on both the design and the own farm machinery used for loading and transporting the material are included. Start projects by drilling and blasting, drilling system chosen and the machinery used. Treatment plant of aggregates obtained and the machinery used in crushing and classification is also described.
