Resumen
Hoy en día, los departamentos de recursos humanos cada vez son mas
importantes en las empresas, un modelo eficaz de reclutamiento es
fundamental para ahorrar tiempo y costes.
El objetivo de este Trabajo Fin de Grado es ver la evolución que ha
tenido el reclutamiento en las empresas, principalmente motivado por
la era digital. La primera parte del trabajo trata sobre las diferentes
formas de reclutamiento, valorando sus ventajas y desventajas para
poco a poco avanzar cronológicamente hasta el reclutamiento 4.0 y
explicando conceptos actuales como: Inbroud Branding, Employer
Branding y gamificación.
Nowadays, human resources departments are becoming more and more important in companies, and an efficient recruitment model is essential to save time and costs. The aim of this Final Degree Project is to look at the evolution of recruitment in companies, mainly motivated by the digital era.
