Derecho Público y Derecho Privado Especial2022-04-202022-04-202022-04-20https://hdl.handle.net/10953.1/17709[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster (TFM) tiene por objeto la elaboración de una Evaluación de Riesgos Laborales sobre Manipulación Manual de Cargas, especialmente destinada a la persona encargada de realizar dichas funciones en el lugar de trabajo indicado, “mozo de almacén” de la empresa llamada FORCASER 2006, S. L., más conocida como Limpiezas y Pulimentos Campos. En este Trabajo Fin de Máster nos centraremos en una de las tres especialidades que tiene el Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, más concretamente, en la especialidad de Ergonomía y Psicosociología Aplicada. Realizaremos una evaluación ergonómica de manipulación manual de cargas relacionadas con la carga física en el puesto más arriba nombrado. La evaluación de riesgos ergonómicos que aquí se estipula, se llevó a cabo mediante una observación directa, procesamiento y posterior análisis de la información, logrando de esta manera, identificar una serie de acciones incorrectas en la realización de las diferentes funciones del trabajador siguiendo las diferentes indicaciones de guías y notas técnicas de prevención del Instituto Nacional de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (INSHT). Finalmente, una vez que tenemos identificados los diferentes riesgos ergonómicos existentes en las tareas a realizar por el encargado del puesto de almacén, nuestra principal función es la de proponer, integrar y aplicar las medidas preventivas necesarias en la empresa. La aplicación y reconocimiento de estas medidas preventivas tendrá especial importancia para el trabajador en cuestión, ya que podrá evitar la aparición de futuras alteraciones o lesiones dorsolumbares en éste. La empresa, al finalizar este Trabajo Fin de Máster, tendrá la responsabilidad de implantar las medidas preventivas aquí propuestas y continuar con la mejora de los diferentes puestos de trabajo aquí analizados.[EN] The purpose of this Master’s Degree is to prepare an Occupational Risk Assessment on Manual Handling of Loads, especially aimed at the person in charge of performing these functions in the indicated workplace, "warehouse waiter" of the company called FORCASER 2006, SL, better known as Limpiezas y Pulimentos Campos. In this Master's Degree we will focus on one of the three specialties that the speciality in Occupational Risk Prevention has, more specifically, in the specialty of Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology. We will carry out an ergonomic evaluation of manual handling of loads related to the physical load in the position mentioned above. The ergonomic risk assessment stipulated here was carried out through direct observation, processing and subsequent analysis of the information, thus achieving the identification of a series of incorrect actions in the performance of the different functions of the worker following the different indications of guides and technical notes on prevention of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. Finally, once we have identified the different ergonomic risks that exist in the tasks to be carried out by the person in charge of the warehouse position, our main function is to propose, integrate and apply the necessary preventive measures in the company. The application and recognition of these preventive measures will have special importance for the worker in question, since he will be able to avoid the appearance of future alterations or back injuries in him.
