El objetivo principal de ofrecer una educación emocional es formar al alumnado íntegramente aportando herramientas para la resolución de conflictos y el desarrollo de las habilidades sociales. Este Trabajo Fin de Máster se fundamenta en la importancia de educar emocionalmente al alumnado con el objetivo de que el aprendizaje sea un proceso significativo en la vida de los y las estudiantes mediante IE, las habilidades sociales y la resolución de conflictos. El fin último pasa por ir más allá de los contenidos curriculares y ofrecer una educación que promueva no solo el desarrollo laboral sino también el personal. Del mismo modo, se diseña y planifica la unidad didáctica “La intervención grupal: técnicas y dinámicas”, para llevar a cabo en el módulo de Dinamización Grupal del Ciclo Formativo de Técnico Superior en Animación Sociocultural y Turística, siguiendo la normativa vigente y bajo una metodología donde el alumnado es el protagonista de su propio aprendizaje.Emotional intelligence (EI) in education is of great importance due to the benefits it brings to students and teachers.
