Se caracteriza porque se puede acompañar de dolor con el movimiento y puede asociarse o no a dolor referido o irradiado. En el caso que se presenta, es un paciente con diagnóstico de dolor lumbar inespecífico, por lo que el objetivo ha sido realizar un protocolo de Fisioterapia que se adapte a los síntomas y necesidades del paciente. Se ha llevado a cabo un examen de la postura y evaluación del dolor, a partir del cual se ha planteado un tratamiento mediante la técnica de Reeducación Postural Global (RPG). Durante la reevaluación los resultados obtenidos han sido favorables, por lo cual, la mayoría de los objetivos fijados se han cumplido de manera satisfactoria.[EN] Non Specific Low Back Pain is defined as more or less intense pain, which is modified according to the postures that people adopt and the physical activity they perform.
