El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar las actuaciones llevadas a cabo por la Administración General de la Junta de Andalucía con la adopción de la Ley 1/2011, de 17 de febrero, de reordenación del sector público andaluz, como instrumento de reforma de la gestión pública andaluza. Es necesario establecer si la creación de agencias públicas en la comunidad autónoma andaluza a través de esta reforma supone el cumplimiento de los axiomas que caracterizan e identifican de forma esencial el modelo teórico de la Nueva Gestión Pública. The objective of the present study is to analyze the actions carried out by the General Administration of Andalusian Regional Government with the adoption of the law 1/2011, 17 february, of rearrangement of the andalusian public sector, as an instrument of management andalusian public reform. 1t is necessary to establish whether the creation of public agencies in the autonomous community of Andalusia through this reform represents the fulfillment of the axioms that characterize and identify essential way of the theoretical model of New Public Management.
