El propósito de este estudio ha sido examinar la asociación de prácticas artísticas y animación sociocultural para conocer si la implementación de actividades artísticas puede mejorar el ámbito de la animación sociocultural y si mediante estas, se puede intervenir socialmente en una comunidad. Para ello, se ha realizado una investigación artística a través de una búsqueda bibliográfica y se ha combinado dicho trabajo de documentación bibliográfico con la propia experiencia obtenida en el ámbito de la animación sociocultural. Asimismo, la investigación ha sido completada a través de un estudio de caso, mediante el cual se ha pretendido conocer si a través de la implementación de prácticas artísticas se puede incrementar la participación de las personas en el campo de la animación sociocultural, así como intervenir socialmente en una comunidad. Así pues, el estudio de caso ha sido llevado a cabo mediante la realización de una gala virtual dirigida a la ciudad de Linares (Jaén). Los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación revelan que las actividades artísticas pueden ser consideradas como herramientas de mejora para el ámbito de la animación sociocultural ya que potencian dicho campo. Además, según el estudio bibliográfico las experiencias artísticas son válidas para intervenir socialmente en una comunidad. Sin embargo, en el estudio de caso no se ha producido ninguna colaboración por parte de los participantes virtuales para recaudar fondos. Aunque, la falta de donaciones puede ser debido a la ausencia de mecanismos de donación que vinculasen la proyección de la actividad a través de internet con la posibilidad de realizar donaciones in situ.[EN] Artistic expressions are especially beneficial when combined with other types of cultural practices. The purpose of this study has been to examine the association of artistic practices and sociocultural animation to know if the implementation of artistic activities can improve the field of sociocultural animation and if through these, it is possible to intervene socially in a community.
