Fundamentalmente aplicadas a niños oncológicos en etapa infantil hospitalizados durante periodos de larga duración. Este tipo de hospitalizaciones crean tensiones y estados anímicos negativos en los niños, perjudiciales para la evolución terapéutica y para su bienestar emocional y psicológico. La realidad virtual (RV) ofrece posibilidades valiosísimas en el ámbito audiovisual con capacidad de aplicación en cualquier actividad humana, en este caso, consideramos que puede suponer una herramienta eficaz y novedosa en su utilización terapéutica dentro de estas unidades de hospitalización.The present work expect to offer therapeutic solutions based on audiovisual communication and new technologies. Essentially, solutions applied to childhood oncological children hospitalized during long periods of time. These types of hospitalizations create tensions and negative moods in children, which are detrimental to the therapeutic evolution and to their emotional and psychological well-being.
