Por último, con la aplicación de políticas industriales y tecnológicas se trata de proponer medidas y actuaciones para fortalecer al sector y subsanar sus puntos débiles.The following thesis will try to provide an up-to-date outlook of the olive sector in Andalusia. A general vision of the sector is show throughout the document; and with a series of techniques and analysis tools, a set of weakening factors of the Andalusian olive sector are presented.
