Estudiaremos sus elementos, fines, medidas y todo control administrativo que estos matrimonios conllevan para evitar que se celebren siendo de complacencia. Todo ello se debe a que en el periodo de crisis económica, se produce una creciente inscripción de matrimonios entre nacionales y extranjeros, a cambio de una cantidad económica, para así poder realizar su reagrupación familiar y poder disfrutar de las ventajas que poseen los nacionales. Por ello nos hemos apoyado en la DGRN, en la que encontramos casos reales y nos sirve de guía para poder impedir la inscripción de matrimonios de conveniencia.[EN] This work is responsible for the study of marriages of convenience. We will study its elements, purposes, measures and all administrative control that these marriages entail to avoid that they celebrate being complacent. All this is due to the fact that in the period of economic crisis, there is a growing registration of marriages between nationals and foreigners, in exchange for an economic amount, in order to carry out their family reunification and to be able to enjoy the advantages that nationals have.
