El objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado es caracterizar el secadero rotativo. Para ello se van a estudiar los siguientes puntos: - Ensayos en vacío con flujos másicos de aire distintos. - Ensayos en vacío con distintas temperaturas de trabajo. - Ensayos con el sinfín de entrada. - Ensayos con producto. Con todo ello se quiere conocer el equipo y encontrar puntos de mejora en la instalación si existen y con ello generar la base para realizar un análisis completo de la cinética de secado en un futuro. Por lo tanto, se van a conocer las condiciones de trabajo del equipo, siendo estas las temperaturas de trabajo admitidas, los distintos flujos másicos de aire y de material a secar.The Escuela Politécnica Superior de Jaén has a laboratory of Thermal Machines and Engines in which there is a rotary dryer. The aim of this Final Degree Project is to characterise the rotary dryer. The following points will be studied: - Vacuum tests with different air mass flows. - Vacuum tests with different working temperatures. - Tests with the inlet auger. - Tests with product. With all this, the aim is to get to know the equipment and find points for improvement in the installation, if they exist, and thus generate the basis for carrying out a complete analysis of the drying kinetics in the future.
