Para estudiar la relación entre los estilos de liderazgo transformacional y ético con el job crafting se ha realizado una investigación con 343 participantes voluntarios, trabajadores que tuvieran algún jefe directo. Se les envió un cuestionario que evaluaba distintas dimensiones, las que interesan para este trabajo son el Job Crafting Scale, Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire y Leadership Virtues Questionnaire. La mayoría de las dimensiones de ambos estilos de liderazgo han correlacionado positivamente con las dimensiones del job crafting, pero sólo dos dimensiones del liderazgo transformacional han resultado predictivas para el job crafting, la influencia idealizada conductual y la consideración individual.There is empirical evidence that relates the work to transformational leadership, but the research between this concept and ethical leadership is not so exhaustive. To study the relationship between transformational and ethical leadership styles with job crafting, the investigation was carried out with 343 volunteer participants, workers who had a direct boss. A questionnaire was carried out that evaluated different dimensions, the ones that are of interest for this work are the Job Crafting Scale, Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire and Leadership Virtues Questionnaire.
