En primer lugar, se expondrá la situación del sector a nivel mundial y nacional, para posteriormente analizar en detalle que está sucediendo en la provincia de Jaén. Para ello, se empleará el método Delphi, cuyo proceso de aplicación se expone en el presente trabajo y en el que se han entrevistado a un grupo de expertos con el fin de recopilar sus opiniones y con ellas realizar un análisis sesgado que permita establecer una posible predicción del sector hostelero en Jaén en los próximos años.This project concentrates a study of the hostelry sector in the province of Jaén.
