Si bien, el avance de nuestra sociedad y de las nuevas necesidades exige una adaptación por parte de la disciplina profesional en la cual el trabajador social puede aportar gran variedad de competencias que le hacen óptimo para trabajar de manera grupal con otras disciplinas. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es conocer y reivindicar la figura del Trabajador Social dentro del ámbito judicial, en concreto como perito judicial, desarrollando su labor en cada uno de los ámbitos que el sistema judicial englobaTraditionally, the discipline of Social Work is conceived as an assistive or even paternalistic job that revolves around the context of social action and exclusion.
