Además, en este estudio analizaremos los sujetos que intervienen en este negocio así como la articulación contractual de los derechos de imagen y de aquellos contratos mercantiles más relevantes y novedosos relacionados con este ámbito.[EN] The main objective of this study is to clarify and understand the exploitation of image rights of footballers in Spain, especially in those cases in which footballers let the right to exploit their image to societies, as well as the study of corporate networks constituted with the objective of defraud our estate.
