El autor aprovecha la oportunidad para aplicar la metodología del plan de negocios y resaltar el desafío y el ecosistema de la industria de transformación de alimentos en Argelia. El informe comienza con una introducción a las motivaciones detrás de la elección de la industria alimentaria y el porqué de la deshidratación de frutas y verduras, seguida de la definición del modelo de negocio. El siguiente paso fue el estudio del entorno, tanto externo como interno, y el análisis DAFO. A partir de ahí comienza la fase de planificación de los diferentes órganos de la empresa. Finalmente, se presenta un análisis de los resultados del plan económico y financiero y un resumen de todo el estudio de invertir en la industria alimentaria en Argelia.The research aims to shed light on the importance of a business plan for the mapping of start-up creation. The author takes the opportunity to apply the business plan methodology to highlight the challenge and ecosystem of the food transformation industry in Algeria. The report starts with an introduction to the motivations behind the choice of the food industry and why fruits and vegetables dehydrate, followed by the definition of the business model. The next step was the study of the environment, both external and internal, and DAFO analysis. This is followed by the planning phase of different organs of the company. Finally, an analysis of the economic and financial plan results is presented, as well as a recap of the whole study.
