Se comienza con un resumen histórico de sus orígenes y modelos a los que sigue con un breve análisis de sus antecedentes. Analizamos las opiniones de la jurisprudencia y doctrina así como, una redacción puntual de su composición, organización, funciones y competencias adscritas al mismo. Se realiza una exposición de los métodos comunes de control del mismo, así como un estudio superficial sobre otros Tribunales similares, o que realizan semejantes funciones, en otros países europeos y extra europeos. Se concluye el trabajo con unas conclusiones del mismo tras su estudio y finalización.[EN]A study of the nature of the Constitutional Court as ultimare interpreter of the Constitution, as the supreme court and as a special appeal. I begins with a historical overview of their origins and the models below, with a brief analysis of their background. We analyze reviews from the jurisprudence and doctrine as well as a little study of its composition, organization, functions and competence assigned to it. A statement of the common methods of control over it, and a superficial study of similar courts, or that perform similar functions in other European and non European countries.
