Así, se ha tratado de realizar una investigación sobre los trabajadores autónomos, partiendo de la legislación vigente en la actualidad y desarrollando un análisis del TRADE mediante distintas sentencias. Para ello, el trabajo consiste en una breve introducción del autónomo y sus distintos autónomos, luego una especialización en el TRADE, delimitándolo muy bien entre el autónomo y el TRADE, y por último el caso práctico donde se conocen las distintas sentencias sobre el caso de Glovo, para entender a estos trabajadores que trabajaban en condiciones de TRADE.[EN] This work falls within the Area of Labor Relations, and may have a direct approach to the subjects of Self-Employment, or Labor Law. Thus, an attempt has been made to carry out an investigation into self-employed workers, based on the legislation currently in force and developing an analysis of TRADE by means of different judgments.
