Por tanto, se realizará un análisis cualitativo a través de la lectura de documentos, extrayendo así conclusiones propias. Primeramente, se realizará un repaso histórico del concepto masculinidad hegemónica, se analizará cómo se forma la identidad masculina y se reflexionará cómo el sexismo, los estereotipos y roles de género influyen en el desarrollo de los niños y las niñas. Después, se enlazarán las cuestiones de los mitos del amor romántico, el machismo en las relaciones amorosas, la cultura del honor y las relaciones de poder en la pareja con la masculinidad hegemónica. Por último, se explicará cómo la intervención desde el Trabajo Social es necesaria en este tema para lograr la igualdad, ya sea mediante la prevención o la intervención directaIn this Final Degree Project, hegemonic masculinity and its relationship with gender violence will be investigated through a bibliographic review. Therefore, a qualitative analysis will be carried out through the reading of documents, making up my own conclusions. Firstly, a historical review of the hegemonic masculinity concept will be carried out, it will be analyzed how masculine identity is formed and how sexism, gender roles and stereotypes influence the development of boys and girls. Later, the issues of the myths of romantic love, sexism in love relationships, the culture of honor and power relations in the couple with hegemonic masculinity will be linked.
