Los problemas jurídicos y de tratamiento penitenciario sucesivos a la pena de PPR, así como los derechos fundamentales que pueden verse afectados. (EN) The objectives of this work will be oriented to the permanent reviewable prison, we will study the historical evolution of the permanent reviewable prison, its progressive disappearance from (1822-1928), upon its return in 2015 with the reform of the modified LO 10/1995 partially by LO 1/2015 and its different drafts.
