En el trabajo se analizará esta reforma laboral en España, con el objetivo de ver las modificaciones que incluye, y como estas afectan a las condiciones de trabajadores y empresarios, para así delimitar la correlación capital-trabajo existente.The labour market in Spain is one of the most affected by the economic crisis that emerged in 2008. In this regard, the obligation to change the labour market was born through the 2012 labour reform.
