Se le dedicará también un apartado a informar sobre las competencias y facultades de los graduados sociales como expertos en el derecho laboral debido a la transformación que ha experimentado esta figura profesional en los últimos años en cuanto a un mayor reconocimiento de competencias. Un aspecto muy importante que se tratará será el análisis de una sentencia del Tribunal Supremo en la que es relevante el recurso de suplicación.[EN] This Project focuses on the use of the request for reversal as an opportunity to challenge any judicial decision by the affected party, based on the grounds set forth in Law 36/2011, of October 10, regulating the Social Jurisdiction. A section will also be devoted to informing about the competences and faculties of the social graduates as experts in labour law due to the transformation that this professional figure has undergone in recent years in terms of greater recognition of competences.
