Para ello, se realizó el análisis mediante ARN-seq del ARN mensajero contenido en muestras de flor y fruto del olivo en diferentes estadios de maduración, y su posterior análisis bioinformático. Dicho análisis proporcionó como resultado la identificación de 3221 genes con una expresión elevada en algún momento del desarrollo del fruto, entre los que se encuentran aquellos encargados de codificar enzimas implicadas en el proceso de síntesis de ácidos grasos, en los cuales se ha centrado este estudio.[EN] The current report has been carried out with the main aim of acknowledging the genes that take part in the procedure and the moment in which its maximum induction occurs. The results of this procedure can be used to develop effective genetic improvement programs that might be more efficient for olive-growing. For that purpose, an analysis was conducted using RNA-seq of the flower and fruit maturation stages and the subsequent bioinformatic analysis. As a result of this analysis, the identification of 3221 genes with a high expression at some point in the development of the fruit was provided.
