Para ello, se va a aplicar la batería ALPHA-Fitness, mediante una serie de pruebas físicas: test de fuerza de presión manual, perímetro de cintura, entre otras. Los resultados son favorables en cuanto a CF asociada a la salud, viendo un incremento del 53,86% a un 96,15%, al igual que ocurre si hablamos de la importancia de trabajarla para el aprendizaje de los alumnos, pasando de un 57,69% a un 76,92%. Seguidamente, se lleva a cabo una unidad didáctica realizada durante el curso escolar 2020/21, en la cual se hace partícipe al alumnado mediante la realización de una serie de actividades, entre las cuales, se trabaja la resistencia o la fuerza, para, de esta forma, conseguir una mejora de la CF.This Final Degree Project investigates PC in students of the 4th grade of Primary Education, it will be done to 26 students: 12 girls and 14 boys.
