Se entiende por empresa familiar a aquella entidad cuyo patrimonio y gobierno está coordinada por los miembros de una o varias familias, uno de los principales objetivos, y a su vez más complicados es la sucesión o cambio generacional. A su vez, debemos destacar que las empresas familiares cuentan con problemas que se desarrollan al mezclar los problemas de la entidad con los de la familia. En este trabajo hablaremos sobre las dificultades a la hora de heredar la empresa familiar, sus ventajas e inconvenientes, los órganos que la forman y además realizaremos una encuesta a una entidad de la provincia de Jaén para conocer la situación real de las empresas familiares. Para finalizar mi estudio, reflejaré los resultados obtenidos, indicando las cuestiones presentadas en la empresa “Electrodomésticos Hidalgo” y citaré la bibliografía consultada.[EN] To begin we will give a brief introduction of what is the family business and the importance they exercise in our country and in the world.
