Se analizan los procesos en los cuales la Administración es responsable tras tales hechos, para posteriormente identificar y categorizar los perjuicios causados por los mismos. Finalmente, se calculan y establecen indemnizaciones que corresponden a los damnificados tras sufrir dichos accidentes. This research work is carried out with the aim of gaining a thorough understanding of the patrimonial responsibility of the Administration in relation to traffic accidents. We analyse the processes in which the Administration is responsible after such events, to later identify and categorize the damages caused by them.
