Para ello, hablaremos de sus orígenes, describiremos sus características y sus elementos, así como los tipos de sociedades civiles existentes. Además, analizaremos las obligaciones de todos los socios y/o socias que la componen, sus relaciones jurídicas y las formas que la ley contempla para su administración, transformación y disolución. Para finalizar, examinaremos la reforma fiscal que afecta a la tributación de este tipo de sociedad.[EN] In this project, we will study in detail the civil society contract.
