En este Trabajo Fin de Grado se lleva a cabo una revisión bibliográfica sobre la relación entre la FM y los trastornos sexuales. La búsqueda ha proporcionado como resultado 12 artículos que muestran consistentemente que las mujeres con FM tienen más problemas sexuales que aquellas que no tienen este trastorno. Además, la fase de la respuesta sexual más afectada es la fase de deseo sexual, siendo el dolor, la depresión comórbida y la satisfacción con la relación, algunos de los factores que parecen explicar la relación entre estos dos tipos de trastornos.Fibromyalgia (FM) is a chronic disease that involves a multitude of physical, cognitive and psychological problems, excelling pain and fatigue. In this Final Project it is carried out a literature review focused on the relationship between FM and women’s sexual dysfunctions. The search has provided 12 papers that show consistently that women with FM have more sexual problems than those who do not have this disease.
