El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar la influencia del entorno en la práctica de la actividad física, en especial, el contexto familiar. La muestra estaba formada por 308 alumnos de Educación Primaria (chicos y chicas) de entre 8 y 13 años que se encontraban en tercero, cuarto, quinto y sexto curso. Se midieron las variables salud, actividad física y contexto familiar, teniendo en cuenta distintos tipos de adicciones, utilizando como instrumentos un cuestionario sobre calidad de vida del adulto joven y un cuestionario sociodemográfico. Los resultados del estudio muestran que el contexto es un factor importante a tener en cuenta a la hora de valorar la actividad física, ya que influyen de manera significativa en el comportamiento del niño y niña y su práctica.[EN] In recent decades, physical activity and health have become one of the main issues that need to be addressed in our society, and there are many studies dedicated to this topic. The aim of the present study was to analyse the influence of the environment on the practice of physical activity, especially the family context. The sample consisted of 308 primary school pupils (boys and girls) aged between 8 and 13 years in the third, fourth, fifth and sixth grades.
