El objetivo perseguido es ofrecer el máximo nivel de protección jurídica a los titulares de este derecho, reduciendo su vulnerabilidad y aumentando su efectividad ante los Tribunales, ya sea considerándolo un principio rector económico-social o un derecho de carácter fundamental.[EN]Throughout this text we will seek to deepen on the right to housing, analyzing and arguing their position in the Spanish Constitution of 1978. Furthermore additional reflection will be given through different views on the possibility of linking the right to housing with fundamental rights.
