Tras la covid-19 vemos reflejadas algunas carencias que antes no conocíamos a nivel profesional ya que hasta la fecha no estábamos familiarizados directamente con la era digital que sin duda ha llegado para quedarse. Desde este trabajo se analiza la necesidad de utilizar la red como una herramienta útil para el Trabajador Social que nos permitirá acercarnos a las usuarias que lo precisen sin que sientan el “abandono institucional” y abandonen el sentimiento de soledad e incertidumbre que algunas manifiestanGender violence is something which has been perpetuated along the history, in fact, every day, we see how the different situations of crisis, which could be economic, social or health ones, affect, concretely, the most vulnerable groups like women. In this case, the impact on women who were or are gender violence victims is analyze. After the COVID-19, we are able to see some deficiencies on work environment that we couldn’t see before it. It was due to the fact that we weren’t familiarized with the digital era which has come to keep in our society.
