La competencia emocional determina nuestra relación con el mundo, favorece· la creatividad, la interacción social, fortalece la resistencia a las adversidades y constituye una fuente inagotable de bienestar personal y felicidad. Asimismo, las emociones positivas suponen una herramienta esencial en el ámbito educativo ya que despiertan la motivación, favorecen el desarrollo de habilidades socioemocionales, el autoconocimiento, la autoestima, el afrontamiento del estrés ... Por todos estos motivos, y dada la importancia que tiene en el desarrollo integral del alumnado, trabajar en y desde las emociones en las aulas se manifiesta como un requisito ineludible.[EN] Our current society wants to create a new knowledge way where emotions are more present daily.
