Posteriormente se va a desarrollar las diferentes perspectivas político- legales que forman parte de este hecho social, donde se dará a conocer y se analizará a través de diferentes autores las diferentes perspectivas sobre un debate aún en la actualidad sigue abierto y que tiene relación con la legalización o erradicación de la prostitución, para ello se expondrá la normativa que existe en España.
