Unas Comisiones nacidas al albor de los procesos desamortizadores que tuvieron lugar durante el primer tercio del siglo XIX. Igualmente es objeto de estudio la abundante legislación que dio lugar a la gestación de dichos organismos.Through this work we intend to analyze the main work carried out by the Commisions of Historic-Artistic Monuments from its creation in the mid-nineteenth century until its dissolution during the Spanish Second Republic (1931-1936). These Commissions were born at the height of the confiscation process that took place in the first third of the 19th century.
