En concreto, se analizó el marco legislativo, la perspectiva histórica, la Educación Física en la normativa vigente, la formación necesaria para ser docente y los resultados obtenidos en las pruebas PISA. Además, el diseño del estudio incluyó entrevistas en profundidad a docentes en ambos países. Los resultados revelan los sistemas educativos español y colombiano comparten, a grandes rasgos, algunas semejanzas. Se concluye que, pese a sus semejanzas, la puntuación media de España y Colombia difiere de forma significativa (IC 95%) para la asignatura de matemáticas y ciencias en las pruebas PISA.[EN] The purpose of this study is to stablish a comparison between the Spanish and Colombian educational systems. Specifically, the legislative framework, the historical perspective, Physical Education in current regulations, the necessary training to be a teacher and the results obtained in the PISA tests were analyzed. In addition, the study’s design includes in-depth interviews with teachers from both countries. The results reveal that the Spanish and Colombian educational systems share, in general terms, some similarities.
