Se analizará el procedimiento a seguir para proceder al Acto de Clasificación y Deslinde, así como los medios de intervención que tienen los interesados en el proceso. Además de que se conocerá los medios de impugnación, plazos y ante qué orden tienen que acudir los propietarios de los te1Tenos afectados para reclamar sus derechos. También observará la particularidad que tiene el Deslinde de las Vías Pecuarias cuando estas atraviesan suelo urbano o urbanizable. Finalmente, todo ello, se examinará a través de la normativa Estatal y la de la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía y la jurisprudencial del Tribunal Supremo, los Tribunales Superiores de Justicia y las Audiencias Provinciales[EN] The purpose work is to ca11'y a view about characteristic aspeel of the prívate property when it produces the demarcate livestock of road land in it and this land goes over a propetiy autonomous region.
