Durante los últimos años, la banca ha sufrido múltiples cambios a favor de la actividad bancaria digital. Gracias al rápido desarrollo de las tecnologías utilizadas para la información y comunicación, las entidades financieras se ven obligadas a ofrecer nuevos servicios digitales y a utilizar nuevos canales de distribución. Pero todavía existen limitaciones que hacen que los clientes se resistan a usar esta vía online, hablamos de los problemas de seguridad. Para comprender la evolución de un tipo de banca a otra, analizaremos cada una de ellas en profundidad, es decir, definición, características, funciones… y finalizará con una comparativa en cuanto a ventajas e inconvenientes.The purpose of this Final Degree Project is to make a comparison of traditional banking with online banking.
