Primero, se necesita conocer que es una CNC en profundidad y datos más interesantes a obtener. Una vez definidos estos datos, debemos diseñar el sistema, en el que incluimos los tipos de sensores, electrónica de diagnóstico, convertidores de señal, PLC. Tras diseñar hardware del sistema, se programa el software, cuya función es la adquisición de datos, disminuir su volumen sin perder información y comunicarlos al PC. Utilización de transductor para la obtención de datos de vibración, la base de datos y la interfaz de usuario donde poder ver y descargar datos. La concepción y realización de una serie de ensayos para la verificación del funcionamiento del sistema y base para la creación del modelo de mantenimiento predictivo.The aim of this work is to design, implement and test a data acquisition system to monitor a CNC machine and check that there is enough representative data to create a predictive model. First, it is necessary to know what is a CNC in depth and more interesting data to obtain.
