La CNMC está organizada de una forma específica y he podido diferenciar entre las funciones que tiene en general la CNMC, pero también en especifico en las telecomunicaciones ya que son funciones totalmente diferentes. Por otro lado la Comisión Nacional de Mercado de Competencia tiene una serie de garantías de independencia respecto a los gobierno y los operadores las cuales se han detallado. Además he podido profundizar en las diferentes leyes como es el caso de la Ley General de Telecomunicaciones de 2014, además de la Directiva de 2018 del Código Europeo de Comunicaciones Electrónicas y algunos artículos de la Constitución Española.In this paper I have made an exhaustive analysis on the National Commission of Markets and Competition (CNMC) in relation to telecommunications following its birth from the 7 agencies that compose it. The CNMC is organized in a specific way and I have been able to differentiate between the functions that the CNMC has in general, but also specifically in telecommunications as they are totally different functions. On the other hand, the CNMC has a series of guarantees of independence with respect to the government and the operators, which have been detailed.
