Las reclusas extranjeras son un colectivo que principalmente están condenadas por delitos contra la salud pública y su condena es de más de 6 años, son mayoritariamente Latinoamericanas y algunas de las problemáticas que presentan son la falta de apoyo y arraigo y se encuentran en situación de irregularidad lo que lleva a que su situación penitenciaria sea más complicada que la del resto de personas.
