El presente trabajo es pionero, he llevado a cabo un estudio comparativo de tres novelas hispanoamericanas actuales, nunca estudiadas en su conjunto que se sitúan en el siglo XXI y se abordan estos temas desde distintas perspectivas: La hija única (México), Distancia de Rescate (Argentina)y Poeta Chileno (Chile). El hecho de plantearse en sí la maternidad ya es algo novedoso en tanto que ya no se puede considerar la existencia de una maternidad ideal; asimismo, las relaciones paterno-filiales rompen por completo con la concepción tradicional: el hombre ocupa un lugar privilegiado dentro del seno familiar. Por ello, el siglo XXI se convierte en un momento importante para la participación femenina en el ámbito literario, pues dos de nuestras novelas son escritas por mujeres y escritas en tres países distintos.[EN] Maternity and parent-child relationships have suffered a change in the current Hispanic American literature. This piece of work is innovative and it has developed a comparative study of three current Hispanic American novels. They have never been studied as a group and dated in the 21st century, they deal with these issues from different perspectives: La hija única (The only Daughter) (Mexico), Distancia de rescate (Rescue Distance) (Argentina) and Poeta chileno (Chilean Poet) (Chile). The issue of the maternity itself is already something innovative since we can not find a perfect maternity. Moreover, parent-child relationships are a break of the original concept: the man takes up a privileged place in the family.
