La contabilidad de costes se suele aplicar a empresas que se dedican a la fabricación, y en menor medida a las empresas del sector servicios. Con este proyecto se pretende contribuir a solventar esta falta de estudios prácticos de gestión de costes en una empresa de servicios realizando un estudio de caso para una empresa del sector turístico. Oleotourism es una sociedad cooperativa que tiene como objetivo promover e impulsar el consumo de AOVE, y también tratará de salvar las barreras a las que se enfrentan las personas con diversidad funcional a la hora de acceder a los terrenos de cultivo.Currently it is important to apply cost accounting in the company, since it allows obtaining information for decision making.
