Para examinar esta organización hemos explicado de dónde surge la actual empresa, se ha analizado la organización y dirección de la empresa en los parámetros más influyentes para la misma además de la planificación, control y coordinación . El trabajo se ha realizado observando el modo de trabajar en la empresa y relacionándolo con la teoría encontrando algunas deficiencias de cara al futuro el cual era el objetivo de la investigación, ayudar a esta empresa a no repetir errores anteriores .[EN]At work we have examined the activity of the company "Congelados Frutomar" .
